Payments and card details

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, our Merchant of Record.

How do credits work?

Do I need a subscription?

No. PromptSmith Lab uses prepaid credit bundles instead of subscriptions. See Pricing.

Do credits expire?

Yes. Credits are valid for 6 months from purchase. See Pricing and Terms.

What happens if a run fails?

If you believe a failed run was charged incorrectly, contact support@promptsmithlab.com with the approximate time of the run and a short description of the issue.
