When you engage in a practice run, your input is sent to third-party AI providers via encrypted APIs. These providers process the data according to their own privacy policies. By using the Lab, you consent to this data transfer for the purpose of generating responses within the educational environment.

4. Payments

Payments are handled entirely by Lemon Squeezy. We never see or store your full credit card information. Lemon Squeezy's privacy policy governs their handling of your billing data.

5. Your Rights & Data Retention

• Retention: We keep your data while your account is active to maintain your learning history, or as required by law.
• Deletion: You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support@promptsmithlab.com.
• Security: We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data, but no system is 100% secure.
