Credit Expiration

Credits are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. Unused credits are not refunded or extended after expiration.

If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact us at support@promptsmithlab.com with:

• The email address associated with your account
• The approximate date and amount of the charge
• A short description of the issue

We aim to respond within 2 business days.
