1. Overview
By accessing PromptSmith Lab, you agree to these Terms. The platform gives you time-limited access to lessons, benchmarking tools, and an integrated AI sandbox for learning purposes.
2. Use of Service & Prohibited Content
You agree to use the Lab for lawful, educational purposes. You must not use the platform to generate sexually explicit content or content that promotes hate speech, violence, or illegal activity. Misuse may result in account suspension and loss of access.
3. Credits & Licensing
- Access License: Credits are non-monetary units used to measure your usage of the platform's resources. They are not a "digital wallet" and have no cash value.
- Not a Token Reseller: PromptSmith Lab is an educational service. We are not a reseller of third-party AI tokens; credits cover the holistic cost of the lesson environment, hosting, and toolset.
- Expiration: Credits expire 6 months from purchase.
- Merchant of Record: Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, the Merchant of Record for all orders.
4. AI-Generated Content & Liability
The Lab uses third-party AI models. We do not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of AI outputs. You are responsible for how you use the results of your experiments. PromptSmith Lab is provided "as is," and we are not liable for losses resulting from your use of the platform.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time. Continued use of the platform following any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance.
